Returning to your breath
"Return" is the keyword of meditation practice. It doesn't matter if you get distracted many times - the only thing that matters is that you get back to your meditation object (breathing) every time over and over again. This way you train yourself to return from the realm of craziness to the real present moment now and here. This movement of returning is extremely important.
